We understand that the world is getting faster, and in times of uncertainty and risk, it’s better to go a bit slower and take time to invest in the relationships that matter. We love pairing up unexpected or hidden talent with our partners – knowing that  the right long-term fit is more important to us than ticking a box.

Mark has over 11 years of Tech recruitment experience, where he has ranged from being a hands-on contract recruiter all the way through to being a director of high performing team.

He has a knack to look at problems in a completely different way, he is passionate about finding the right solution for people and is focused on doing the right thing.

 

 

Molly Fitchett

Co-Founder

Molly has over eight years of recruitment experience, six of which have been solely in the tech space. She has spent the majority of her career in a hands-on role focusing on perm then moving into leading a small team.

Her is passion lies in creating an extraordinary candidate experience. Connecting highly skilled candidates with opportunities within organisations who are disrupting their sector.
